As the new football league season arrives this weekend, I wondered which teams we all support here on AVForums?

Apologies that I could only fit the Premier League teams and 18 of the Championship teams on the poll, so I've added 'Other English League Team' and 'Other Scottish League Team' at the end :)

For my sins, growing up in the 80's I witnessed the mighty Toffees dominate the football scene both domestically and in Europe during the middle of that decade.. All went a bit south when the 90's came along...

As a toffee though, you stick with them all the way... (see what I did there... ;) )

Arsenal, with my second team being Hereford FC.

Arsenal, the first game I went to was the 1977/78 FA cup final where we lost to Ipswich. (I wasn't born for almost another 3 months :D )

AFC Wimbledon (been a Dons fan since 1986 when I went to Plough Lane for the first time).
I'm a Dons Trust member, AFC Wimbledon shareholder and season ticket holder since 2003.
I also have a soft spot for Arsenal and Notts Forest.

Bristol City FC is my team, have been since i saw my first game in 1967 .. 51 seasons on they still are .. we have won nothing but that means like a mothers love it is unconditional , my support that is.

When at 6 years old you are unaware of how grand/kiphole the stadium is, or even where you are in the pecking order , at least in those day it was true .

Can't vote as I don't support any , I do though like to catch a great game whoever is playing .

coming from cumbria the choice is a simple one, the mighty carlisle united.

The City of London's local club, Millwall.

Manchester United. Though I'll watch any match, not women's football though. I don't get the hype around it. The quality is abysmal.

I support the Liverpool Red All Stars. have done since I was born here in San Antonio, Texas. Go Rovers !!!

West Ham. Just want to get our own ground without the scum that have ruined our club.

Supported Blackburn Rovers since 1974, the most successful town team in history.
