who censors songs for radio and tv ?

    different channels and stations seem to blank out more than others - for example, "Q" music channel showed Eminem's "Cleaning out my closet" video recently at about pm, and even blanjed out "Munchausens syndrome", whereas MTV only blanked the more obvious swearing
