Hey guys,

I'm new on this forum, so I don't now if this is posted right

But let's cut right to the chase. I have recently bought a new LCD TV
And after three months MINIMAL usage* it began displaying:

- A big white stain on the right, which will fade away after a minute of turning it on.

- A horizontal line, about 20% in from the top

- And discoloration.

All of the above problems stay there, whatever you do. PS3, DVD and even connecting my PC didn't have anything to do with it so it's definitely the screen.

I have attached some pictures for you to understand the problem better, since I'm out of luck.

*= Twice a week for 3 hours or so

This TV looks like it's from 5 years ago. What was that, 200 pounds? Go out and buy sth proper, would be my advice, no offence intended. It's just not worth a repair and I can't imagine an easy fix.

No offence taken but out here in South America, the demand is low. Since I'm not born here and not used to these standards. I get most of my stuff out of the USA. This is risky with TV's. Which explains this topic. Thanks anyway
