    Hi all,

I would like some opinion on which way to connect up my new DVDR. I have two thoughts based on reading this forum. a) Sky+ via RGB scart to the DVDR then via a JS box - component into my amp and then to my plasma. The problem is when I want to record something from my camcorder you cannot watch the TV. The alternative is b) Sky+ to amp via JS box and then to Plasma. The DVDR is then fed from the amp via s-video. I can them multitask but maybe lose some picture quality. Is there much difference between sky+ fed direct via RGB scart compared to s-video downconverted by the amp?
