Approx 3 yrs ago i purchased HITACHI C32WF810N. This has bascially now been written off.

Naturally i am now put off by Hitachi . I cannot make up my mind between

    Panasonic TX32PD30c or Phillips 32PW9308.

Has any body purchased any of the above TV and what experience have you had

    good ,bad or in difference.

I do not want to get another TV thats is going to be written off after 3 yrs.

Luckily - I had taken out an extended warrenty on the Hitachi. But had lot of problem with the insurance company.

ANY FEEDBACK FROM YOU GUYS WILL BE APPRECIATED

I too have had a Hitachi 32W510N 32" set go faulty and has subsequently written off. Unforunately my extended warranty was through PowerHouse who went bust and could not honour the extended warranty.
I have appealed to Hitachi and am waiting for a conclusion.
If you look at my previous posts you will see that I would recommend the Philips 9509 which looks smart and has the best picture I have seen using the new Pixel Plus 2.
