Which TV for gaming on PS3 (around £300 ish budget)

Hey everyone,

I am after a decent TV for gaming and watching movies on my PS3. I have a budget of around £300 ish. I have no particular brand loyalty, although Samsung TV's have been very good to me over the past few years.

Obviously, I want the most bang for the buck spec/performance wise - so ideally full HD, and very little lag for gaming, as I will be getting a PS4 when they come out.

Size wise...I am not sure what is doable for my budget, but something like 32" to 37"? (I have always had 50"+ sets previously) - I want something that doesn't take up an entire room, but at the same time is good for gaming in that it isn't too small to show off nice graphics etc.

Many thanks for any recommendations:smashin:

Edit: a headphone jack would also be good, so I can game later at night without disturbing everyone - as I am planning on selling my whole Audio setup/Amp too.

One that has caught my eye is this model/series of TV:

Samsung UE40EH5000 40-inch Widescreen Full HD 1080p LED TV with Freeview HD

The 32" is £270 delivered

The 40" is £369 delivered

I think there's a review of the 32" in the review section. Bit of blur but a decent tv for gaming

Yeh I have the 40 inch model and it is stunning for the price. HD pictures look amazing and not too slow response time when playing games through it either. Not as quick as 24inch monitor but that is to be expected. Doesn't have any of the smart features but for me this isn't a problem as I have a desktop hooked up and most things are available from the consoles now. Freeview HD also looks very good and easy to use. Can't recommend it enough. People are always amazed when they see the picture and I tell them it was only 370.

That's the one I recommended in another thread. It's a cracker.
