Question Which tv as an upgrade to Panasonic 50gt60

need/want a bigger tv, 65" or even higher. plasma is no longer there, and I do not want a curved display nor oled due to high input lag. Considering the Samsung ju7000. Since I never owned a led tv as my main tv (only have led's ij the bedrooms) I wonder if going to a new led tv would be a downgrade in iq or not. Mainly worried about blacks and motion. Any comments? Advice?
