Which TV? 55oled Vs 65 LCD vs 55 qled

This weekend there a are reductions on many TVs: first of all, how I watch TV.
Sitting in front of it, at 3.5meters, series and HD streaming in a dark room.
The products I'm considering:
LG 55a1 or Hisense A8g OLED @ 637€ (Hisense has a cashback if 50€ on top of that);
Sony kd65x81j 637€ or kd65x89j 718€ or the x90j for 883;
Samsung 65q70 for 718, 65q80 for 883;
Hisense 65u8gq for 718

So, basically: quality of OLED over size of LCD?

I would pick the 65q80 or x90j if you can get 65 inch

I wouldn't go for a 65" unless you can reach the semi-pro section personally, so that may mean for you sticking to 55".
