Hi guys,
Since the last generation of tvs have become so cheap, I've decided it is about time to take the plunge and shell out the cash for a new HDTV. However with all the tvs on the market I do not know which to get and thus am seeking your expert advice.
The television will be used primarily for gaming (PS3) and movies (from my desktop) and occasionally to watch cable.
I was looking at the Sony Bravia KDL40EX500, which is 1080P and 120hz on sale this weekend for $699 Canadian. However, I have read a lot of bad reviews claiming motion blur and lag.
If anyone could recommend me a television in the same price range that would be better suited to my needs I would greatly appreciate it. My local stores do not have a great selection to view in store, but to me the Sony televisions seem to look much better than the house brand or similar models from Samsung.
