Which Tablet Should I Buy?

wan to buy a new tablet, budget tablet, like up to £200, but lower if i can

so far its between:
nexus 7 7"
galaxy tab 2 7
xoom 2 8.2
a used galaxy tab 8.9
a used iconia a100
a used iconia a200
a used iconia a500
a used sony tablet s
or wait for rumoured iPad mini?

i do like having the latest OS, so nexus 7 wins there as gets updates first
for camera the xoom 2 wins imo
for IR blaster xoom 2 and tablet s win
but i want to use USB OTG which requires me too root the nexus 7, i would rather not have to but will for the feature

what should i do??

I think the nexus 7 has to be a no brainer at it's price point. I already have an ipad2 but the nexus 7 seems like a bargain and a nice way for me to dip my toe into android. I plan to use it for browsing and email and perhaps some comic book reading if I can live with the screen size.

I have a nexus 7 and it's great, but a colleague has a galaxy 8.9 (running jelly bean alpha) and it looks really good, very quick and IMHO the perfect size.

They were £199 new on expansys, may still be, and I was very tempted.
