Getting nowhere looking on my own so thought I'd ask for guidance here!

About a year ago my Canton sub (as part of a Canton 5.1 setup) packed up. I thought I'd try some cheap floor standers at the time instead so used a pair of Mission MV6 for the fronts and went without a sub.

I'd like to investigate getting a cheap sub again now and either running in the system as is, or perhaps putting the Canton satellites back as the fronts (we've had our 3rd child since the sub packed up and I think the wife would prefer the smaller Cantons instead of a paid of floorstanders that just never seem to be very stable on our floor!)

What I really need is some suggestions to subs that could work with either set of fronts really - just in case I can hold on to the Missions :) Budget ideally around £150 - will be used for a mixture of music and movies.

    Thanks in advance.

If its for mainly music plus the odd movie id stretch your budget a little and go with a bk Gemini 11/2 and at £214.95 is great value and dont be put off by its small size as there are bigger box's that can't match it for spl output or sq (sound quality) ............it should do you fine;)

P.S Can i just add to this that from the sub that you had before this would be a big good step up

Pb 1000 are £499 so way out of budget and too good for the system anyway really, the Gemini is a decent shout.
