    Hi Guys,

My Castle compacts and SVS sub arrive this week and my mind now turns to speaker cable.

I also aim to buy a Denon 3803 amp this week so I want decent quality but dont want to pay through the nose.

The sub is taken care of with a Mark Grant Subwoofer cable.

    What are my options.

Do I need to use the same type of cable for front and back.

The end of my HT Setup journey is nigh for now. At least next time Ill have a bit more experience.

The purists will say that you should use the same front and back but I don't. I have Silver Anniversary at the front and Ixos 607 for the rears, which is cheaper and flat so that it runs under the carpets

And if you are happy with that, I am sure I will be.

Do you have a Denon amp?

I also notice that you have M and K's - I looked at there K Series but in the end decided to go for the Castles with the SVS sub.

I have a Denon AVC10SE with M&K MPS1510 at the front and K4 tripoles at the rear.

I've never heard the Castles but if they sound as good as they look they will be real winners.

The look was why I got them in the end.

My room is only 11' by 10' and they were the perfect size.
