So I should be getting a new TV soon to set up a HT with, and I was wondering what best size would be good from about 6-8 feet viewing distance?

    Im going between 32, 37 & 40"

Be used for PS3 (Gaming & Bluray), SD DVD & SD cable.

37" max, any bigger and you'll get grainy SD IMO :)

Unless you buy a top of the range Philips Ambilight. Then you can go up another size!

Don't worry about that, we are in the middle of a credit crisis.

Which is irrelevant if you have cash and job security.
