Which should I choose: Toshiba 42xv505 vs Panasonic 37lzd85 vs Sony 40V3000

Hi,
Could you please help me choose between those 3 models:

Toshiba 42xv505
Panasonic 37lzd85
Sony 40V3000

They all come in similar prices. Panasonic is the smalles one but probably has the best specs.

What do you think?

Im wanting to know a little bit about these too, ive been looking at the same sony 40v3000 and the panasonic.

What are you going to mainly be using it for?

Mainly watching analogue SD which will be replaced with digital SD in a few months and also playing games and HD movies from a PC with DVI->HDMI connection.
