Which should I Choose? LE40A656 LE40A856 or LE40B650T2W

I want to buy a new TV, I want a Samsung 40" and have a budget of £1000, but the less the better. My requirements are simple:

Must Have:
Full HD
DLNA

Would really like:
24P frame rate
USB

Bonus:
100Hz

So far my choices are:

LE40A656 which I can get from costco with DLNA for £750 with a 5yr guarantee

LE40A856, same as above but Series 8 (so slightly better)

or LE40B650T2W which I can get from John Lewis for £1068 with a Blu-Ray player trown in (and 5yr Guarantee).

Any advice appreciated.
