I don't think it is a question of which is best, rather the question is, which do you like best?

Because of the horn tweeters, or mid-tweeters, the Klipsch can sound a bit bright, but the brightness gives real clarity to voice in Movie sound tracks. I much prefer Horn Mid/High for video. But, I much prefer cone/dome Mid and dome high for music listening.

It is really about what pleases your ear and what suits your needs. Both speakers will have their fans, as it true of all equipment. But for every fan, there is equally someone who prefers something else.

The best you can do is hear both and get some sense of how each servers your needs.

A quick search indicate the Polk TSI-400 are about £400 to £500/pr.

It was hard to find prices on the Klipsch RF 42 II, but I found them for €800/pr in France. (£685/pr)

So, I suspect the Klipsch system is overall more expensive.

These are uncommon speakers in the UK, so I doubt you will find many with direct experience. Each is good in its own way, it is just a matter of which suits your taste and requirements.

For that it is worth.
