I know the 23" isn't as HD ready as the 26". And unless it has a D in the model number, it doesn't include a digital freeview tuner (and I don't think there is a 23" with inbuilt freeview tuner).

But 23" is what I'm after due to budget, size and use (not console or dvd).

Out of the 23" versions, does it matter which one I get? I don't know what the differences are, and could find it on the Samsung website.

    Thanks

They are all the same except for the cosmetic differences between the 41 and 51 models. Bare in mind that the 23" models don't have an HDMI connection although they have a component input. They are HD compatible and not "HD Ready". As you mentioned they don't come with a Freeview digital tuner built in either.
