Ok so here is my spec:

    ANTEC P182 CASE

    INTEL CORE 2 DUO E8400 1333FSB SKT775

    ASUS SKT-775 P5KC

    GEIL 4GB DDR2 800 CL5.0 DUAL CHANNEL BLACK DRAGON

    XPERTVISION 256MB RADEON HD 3850 HDMI PCI-E 2.0

    ASUS DVD 18x S-ATA DVD-E818AT BLACK RET 2 BEZELS BLACK/SILVER

    ASUS DVD±RW 20x S-ATA DRW-2014L1T BLACK LIGHTSCRIBE OEM

    2X SATA HDD

Don't want to spend a fortune but want a quiet realiable PSU, I think 600W.

    Advice appreciated.

    Thanks.

The popular choice for a quiet PSU seems to be the Corsair 500 and 620 watt versions.

I'm going to go for the 520W at about 65 quid..i think you'll be looking at £85 for the 600W, its not cheap, bit i really want to make sure mine is quiet.

Another vote, if is quiet you want, for the Corsair 520HX. If the slightly greater noise is no problem, the Coolermaster 650w Extreme power is cheaper, holds the voltage just as well, and has that little bit more grunt.
