I have some Pioneer speakers in my car that have a Maximum Power of 150 Watts :( . As I am new to this business I'm not really sure what Player to buy to make the most of them. What sort of output from the player should I be looking for?

ideally runspeaker from a seperate amplifier and and bypass amplification in head unit otherwise a powerful HU is gonna be awkward..... but doable what else do want? CD? MP3? MD? etc etc etc

I don't really want to buy a seperate amp at the moment just a HU to get the most from the speakers, what output should the HU provide to get this. I'm after a cd/mp3 player.
