which player can play

I know some players play mpeg files straight from cdrom,
Can anyone tell me which ones?
I need one to play these and sites don't seem to say about this format.

The kids have this and it does play mpeg files burnt onto a cd.Also try here these look like they will play anything ,but don't that my word for it.
