    Welcome abroad PinkPanther,

have a word with the av-sales staff, have a look for their special forum deals, they'll be able to give you great advice and service.

Once I get another few bob together, I'll more than likely give them my trade.

    cheers,

    Johnnypanic

After reading many posts in this section, I plumped for the Panny PW6 from av-sales. Came with a free scart board and I ordered a desktop stand and a Quintro switch box.

Into the Quintro went the Sky+ box, DVD player, Video and X-Box, then one output into the Panny scart module. The picture is superb even on reduced settings while it 'runs in'.

The PW6 has a built in VGA port, which a number of people use on here with the JS Technology RGB to plasma VGA converters.

I bought the PW7 with component board, Pedastal Mount, 5 metre van damme VGA Lead & JS Labs RGB to VGA Convertor for a total of £2,332.50. Only 21 hours and 44 minutes to go.

The TH42PW7B (silver) and TH37PW7B (silver) have been released and I guess are now in stock at a number of outlets across the UK as we received our first batch today. Following a chat with our Panasonic rep this morning currently no news on the PWD7 (Charcoal).

    Regards

    Alastair :hiya:

    Alastair,

As I am trying to decide between the 37PW7 and the 37PE30, would you mind letting us know if the PW7 has any improvement in picture quality (banding, blacks, etc.) over the Viera? Also, is it true the the 37PW7 only allows 2 terminal boards?

    Thanks,

    Andy.

Sorry, not sure if this was aimed at me or not. In case it was, it did come with a free scart board and the whole lot, PW6, scart, stand and Quintro came to £2160.06. Ordered on the 9th of September and arrived on the 10th - free delivery.
