    Just seen the panny 42" pwd4 in black for £3098 , and the silver at the same shop for £3407.50 , apart from the colour it looks like the black has better connections, which would most of you buy given the choice?

    Hi installer09.

    The Black Panny (TH-42PWD4BX) is the buisness version of the silver one.

    It was one less filter in it and many people seam to think that this gives it a better picture than the Silver one.

    Conections on the black one are BNC type (no problem to get cheap RCA(phono) to BNC adapters (got mine free with my cables).

    Only thing about Panasionic plasma's is that some of us can hear a buzzing sound coming from them!

    Apart from that, they are amazing! Especally when showing a DVD!:)

    Go for the TH-42PWDDX (Black), providing you can't hear the buzzing sound then you'll be sat there open jawed stairing at the amaizing picture! :) You won't regret it!
