Which One ?????

Hi,
fist time posting, i will be buying a new tv in a couple of weeks and i think ive narrowed it down to 2. The 2 tvs are LG 50PZ250T and the Samsung PS51D495A1K, http://www.tvandvideodirect.co.uk/lg-50pz250t.html, http://www.tvandvideodirect.co.uk/samsung-ps51d495a1k.html . I dont know that much about TVs and would be gratefull if someone could tell me what the main difference is between them and which is the better TV. I can see the better deal is the Samsung but wondered which is better quality. Any help appreciated.

What will the TV be used for and how far will you be sat from it? The Samsung is not 1080p full HD, that's the main immediate difference. Both TVs are very much entry level

Best wait for the post Christmas sales now to buy - there may be a better TV on special offer. Upon what criteria have you selected these two?

I Will be using mainly for watching freeview, films and my PS3. The reason i picked these 2 is price 600 Pound, 3d and size 50".
