Right guys, after a bit of help here,

I want to buy a 32" LCD TV and have narrowed it down to these 4:

    Samsung LE32R74BDX
    LG 32LC2D
    Philips 32PF5331
    Toshiba 32WLT66

I can find all of them for £600 or less, but which one?

To me the Samsung is the best looking but does it have as good a picture quality as the others? This is important to me as i hate noise in pictures, i know i'm going to get some noise but the least possible would be nice.

Main uses for this TV are going to be Xbox 360 and normal TV viewing, through freeview as aswell, plus the ocassional DVD. Attaching a PC to it is also a must.

I know there are lots of threads regarding 32" TV's at £600 but know one seems to have compared all these 4 TV's

Thank you for any help and advice any one can give me.

    -K-

Can anyone offer any advice on any of the TV's or is there not much to choose from between any of them?

    Cheers

In that case the Samsung is the only one for you.

    Why do you say that?

I pretty much came to the same conclusion as AKAkieran (but without the Philips), but I'm wanting to use the LCD as a tv and as a monitor.

Is there some reason why the Samsung makes a better choice as a pc monitor?

same here, why you say that?

Philips indeed doesn't have PC input but does have TWO HDMI inputs, I think PQ is better through dedicated HDMI than ordinary VGA, isn't ?

The Toshiba is said to have very bad PC support, as far as I'm aware you won't get a resolution much higher than 1280x720 from a PC.

Given your needs I'd go for the Samsung as well.
