Why when they are not actually the best TVs for gaming...which you say is high end (although not sure what you mean by that)...if you want low input lag, Sony are the brand to go for (20ms vs 40 for the Samsung for example)

Unless the others offer another feature the Sony doesn't (catch up TV maybe)

For PC gaming your should get a PC monitor for the best experience, lag is a game killer if you play online, MS on tv's are mostly worse than what the try and have you believe too :)

22ms is with the new input lag device tester which was not around when your model was reviewed. Measured as it was back then the Sony would have 8ms and yours, in Game Mode, ~30ms or 60ms in a different mode (with Motion Plus disabled) ...
    http://www.*/Samsung-LE40A656/Picture-Quality.htm
But you can't say 22-8ms = 14 so yours would score 44ms with the Bodnar device test; some score better than expected and others worse ...

I update the Sony KDL-55W829B firmware and now i have the PKG2.294EUA.
Strange, in their support website they have the 2303EUA.
Maybe this happen because i update via the direct internet connection and not with the usb method?

    Yes, its not a problem.
Was not a problem on my W8 form last year, and not a problem no this years W755.
    Both in 55".

Why do you think that is a problem?

    The reason....
I have mine standing on a table with weels and i move it alot around because i have it on the bedroom for gaming-movies and such and sometimes i need to move it back because is too close to my eyes for some movies.
Thats why i am worried because i need to push it alot back for movies and forrward for games.
Ofcourse i be carefull but it feels to feeble and shaking.
I dont know, maybe i worried too much?

Yes you are to worried. I was worried in the beginning as well, but after owning two sets it never became a problem.
Oh btw, the first stand i had on the W8 was faulty so i got a new one. It was bent so the tv was leaning towards me, a lot.

Ι have the T.V. transformer on the table, i find the transformer a little bit warm, maaaaybe a little hot. Maybe a normal thing also?
Maybe i'll stick some rubber legs under it for better airflow.

The T.V. has 4 1-2-3-4 HDMIs is there any specific HDMI to connect the PC for the best picture quality? Or all are the same? For now i use a high speed HDMI cable and i have my PC connected to HDMI 3 because HDMI 2 is a little bit loose.
(I dont interest for the sound through hdmi because i use logitech PC speakers).

Try the different sockets and see which seems best to you?

If you hover just above the Quote/Multi-quote buttons some icons will appear. The one that looks like a medal is the thanks icon.
