I had planned on moving my 65" LG C9 downstairs when I switch my upstairs to a projector setup, but I don't feel like waiting any longer due to frustrating issues with the existing Samsung 55", and the current sale at Costco has me at least able to buy a new couch and TV while getting a $500 gift card from the promo. Reasonably well-lit room with south facing windows. I go upstairs for movies, so this is just background sports or casual TV. Have a (expensive but crappy) soundbar & sub, so sound quality isn't crucial, but would be nice, given aforementioned crappiness of HK Enchant 1300 soundbar. Of these three, I'm leaning toward LG, even though I'll have to add a chromecast to get the Spectrum TV app (believe it's standard on Samsung and available for Sony). Thoughts?

I would say the Sony or the Samsung as long as you don't need HDR they will be OK.

There's nothing special about the sale at Costco, and nothing special about any of those TVs. You get what you pay for.
