Which motorised system?

Hi, I'm a complete newbie so forgive me for asking any stupid questions.

I am shortly moving house and I am toying with the idea of not getting Sky installed (I only watch it for the football anyway).

Instead I am thinking perhaps I should get a European satellite system. I guess this needs to be motorised to get the best selection of channels.

My main considerations are that it can receive HDTV channels and that it has component out (I will hook it up to a projector). I would also like to be able to pick up some of the premiership football if at all possible. Would I need to buy some sort of CAM to watch the football or will I be able to pick this up for free?

If anyone has some recommendations for a good motorised system that does what I want then I would appreciate it. I will probably be looking to spend between £200-£500 if that makes a difference.
