Stalls are best in L Sq Odeon. other cinema's that are worth a vist are:
The Curzon fully loaded THX screen
Screen 1 (dts) at Odeon Marble Arch

I only go to L Sq when they are showing DLP presentions, both the Curzon and Marble Arch are much better pq and sound.

I have to say the Odeon L Sqare sucks.

The screen is extremely curved, and the top stalls are too far away. The sound is abysmal, and I really do mean abysmal, and the seats are uncomfortable.

Best screens in L Square are Empire main screen and Warner W End Screen 5

I perfer the odeon, and when i went to see Kill Bill Vol 2 at Empire I was a bit dissapointed with the picture and then after 15 mins the sound dropped out! I was furious and got a refund.

Well the sound dropping isnt a regular thing, and what was wrong with the picture?

You sure you were in the main screen?

That screen is huge yet totally flat and looks gorgeous to me.

I always liked the UGC in West India Quay as you could have the modern, clean and good performing screens to yourself. Bit out of the way for the central people though.

Warner Village in Islington isn't too bad. At least some of the screens are air-conditioned!

I don't like the empire as I find it really echoes!
I agree that the Warners is first rate though.

Yes i was in the main screen, the picture, well it looked flat, almost blurry, thats the best way to descibe it. Apocalypse redux a while back was fine though, maybe a one off, but the main screen Odean definately has better seats.
