Which LCD to buy

I'm new to the forum and just need some general advice on buying a new LCD - my criteria is as follows
42" (with a stand)
Freeview built in
Picture in Picture
at least 3 HDMI
1080p
Component HD (I have a first gen 360 without HDMI output)
£1000 budget

Go for the Sony 40W4500. Cracking set. Not a 40" but its a quality tv and very highly rated, What TV rated it the best buy of 2008.
