Which laptop?

Hello guys, my boss wants a new laptop to replace his, he's wanting it to be as cheap as possible, with comparable specs, current specs are:

- Intel Celeron C900
- Windows 7 Home (rather this than W8)
- 2GB DDR2 RAM
- 160GB HDD
- 15.6' Screen

Any advice?

When you say cheap as possible then hopefully there is still a budget? What will it need to be able to do?

Also I'd go for a cheap i3 if you can and not a celeron.

Basically the one I posted is damaged and he needs a comparable spec one to replace it (since its not his) very light use age so won't need an I series
