Hi - any advice for a newbie appreciated...

I'm pretty new to all this home cinema stuff & was considering getting the Mission FS1 or FS2 packages, mostly due to the WFF (Wife Friendly Factor).

I'm not really bothered about 6.1, 5.1 would do. Mostly due to Mrs complaining about ANOTHER speaker and MORE wires :)

    Which has the better sound?

I know the FS1 has a higher rated sub but I also understand that Watts aren't everything.

    Cheers

Women eh! We ALL have that problem! :)

I remember demo'ing the FS1's about six months ago and I must say I was not impressed. They sounded so thin and tinny, truly awful.

What is your budget? What about the Kef 1005 at £349 - MUCH, MUCH better in my opinion and still WFF :smashin:

Remember you HAVE to go to the dealer to buy Kef products, they do not deliver. So if the above place is not near you, find your local Audio-T and they will pricematch.

Depends on your budget I suppose.
