fusion or parallels?
for Vista and or windows 7
Although since I stopped using Parallels it's been updated, so strictly speaking my opinion is out of date.
On a more serious note, I have used both and chose VMWare Fusion for my virtual appliance needs. Vista/Windows 7 is quite slow when running in a virtual environment compared to running in boot camp (well that's what I have found any way).
Creating VM's in Fusion is superb and the walk through process is clear and concise.
I would advise that you download trial versions of both and see how you get on. Parallels only gives you 14 days IIRC and VMWare Fusion gives you 30 days.
