Which is best Sony kdl-40v5500 or Samsung LE40B530??

I can get them for about the same price. The Samsung is slightly cheaper. I will mostly watch SD. No gaming.

V5500 has abit better scaling and motion handling for SD. Samsung has better deinterlacing

Its difficult, I'm also comparing these two panels. From reviews both seem to have excellent picture quality, 9/10 most of the time, but the sony appears to have superior sound quality.
