Which IP camera?

If you use an IP cam then please recommend me one that is suitable to use with the iPhone and also which IP cam app have you found to be the most reliable?

I've a couple of Foscam 8918Ws. Have an iPhone app that does the job, lets me control/view them. There are a few apps out there, I just went with this one first and it worked so I stuck with it - app is "Foscam Surveillance Pro".

Loada thanks I looked into it but the wireless N Foscam models are a bit pricey around £60. it has to be wireless N now that I've decided to upgrade my Home network so dont want any G devices on the LAN slowing things down. the cheapest wireless N IP cam I could find doesnt have tilt and pan but its cheap and its N or should I invest in a Foscam wireless N, Foscam apps seem to be better rated in appstore, is the Foscam brand more suitable for iPhone?
