Hi, I am getting sky fibre broadband soon and I am unsure to which homeplugs to purchase to work best. I currently have a number of maxvalue 85mbps homeplugs. Am I correct in saying that these will not be good enough? Any suggestions?

It depends on what you want them to do? Gaming, probably fine, downloading and moving HD content about the house probably not.

I've got three xbox's that the kids play online, and also a few pc's and some sky boxes. But that's about it. The sky fibre that I'm having is up to 40 meg.

Are the homeplugs rated at 85mbps total, so in reality it's actually half that at best?

Shameless plug coming up, but have a look in the reviews here, I've reviewed several home plugs recently that aren't too expensive and are more than enough to get the most out of your new 40meg connection.
