Which DVD Is Best Shinco 1720 or Mustek PL407HM

I can’t decide which one to go for? Can anyone suggest the better one?
Where is the best place to pick one up from?
Which accessories do I need to go for? Some players seem to come already bundled with more accessories than others, leaving buyer with expensive bill after.

 

Just bought the Shinco 1731 from Firebox.com. for£150. Great little machine. Fairly well made for the money, but not as slickly built as a Panasonic. Bit noisy in startup, but settles down during play. Great picture quality, reasonably good sound from built in speakers. Excellent through headphones.
Comes with power connections for mains and car, plus decent lithium ion battery. Don't know much about the Mustek. Also look at Philips PET700 which is £159 at Richer Sounds. Don't know what accessories you get with it.
