    Hi all,

This is a pic of my setup. Just want some advice.

Are these front speakers a good distance apart?

Should they be facing directly in my direction or just straight?

    looks good from here.
I would be more concerned about that radiator though,i hope you dont use it.
your equipment should be at least 4 inches away and that looks to me like its touching

Thanks for the advice. No its ok I always leave the radiator off. We have two radiators in the lounge so that one stays off.

I have my front speakers angled inward but i dont think it really makes any difference.
I really like the look of yopur set up but that radiator is destracting...is there no way you could remove it, i am sure you would agree it would be much better without it in the background

I was going to remove it when I first moved in but didn't get round to it and have just got used to it being there now. I know what you mean though.

Hi Paul if you want to have the best sound quality from your speakers it is imperative that the front three speakers are all facing you and that they are all at the same distance from you as well so you will have to bring your left and right front speakers out and angled toward you they should be 30 degrees out from the central listening position and whatever distance your speakers are away from you then that is the distance they should be apart from tweeter to tweeter.I would also add that the tweeter in your speakers should all be at your ear level when you are sitting down you will probably have to angle your centre speaker up accordingly toward your ear level. If you do all the above then you will notice that your stereo and holosonic image will improve by a big margin :smashin:
