    Can anyone tell me which one of these two is the best?

    IXOS 1703AV High-Grade Component 3 RCA -> 3 RCA - 1m

    QED Qunex PVC1 Component 3 RCA -> 3 RCA - 1m

    I am going to be using the component cable to connect a HK2550s to a panny TX32PD30 (when I buy it). Both cables are £49.99, should I spend more?

    Any views or suggestions would be great.

    Cheers

    You don't need to go for overpriced name cables.

    I use standard 75Ohm coaxial cable runs from my DVD player into my 42" TV.

    For a 3M x 3 RCA-RCA component set- total of £35, including postage. Picture looks great.

    http://www.vdctrading.com/

    stock code, length, price per single cable- exc VAT.
    110-265 0.15m £6.11
    110-266 0.25m £6.15
    110-267 0.5m £6.25
    110-268 1m £6.43
    110-269 2m £6.82
    110-270 3m £7.20
    110-271 5m £7.97
    110-272 10m £10.03
    110-273 15m £11.94
    110-274 20m £13.86
    110-275 30m £17.70

    prices are for a single RCA-RCA, and excluding VAT. You'll need to order three to have Component. Also these can be used for DVD to AV amp connections (for digital audio), as they're the same type of cable- 75Ohm coaxial.

    IMO with main brands you pay for advertising and packaging.. mine arrived in a padded jiffy bag.. no fancy packaging.

    I bought Ixos 6x75ohm coax signal cable from my local Sevenoaks S&V for £10 per meter. Add a few gold 75ohm connectors and you can make up a high-quality lead to whatever length you want. :D
