Which complete/custom build HTPC should I buy?

After several years of having a bulky desktop tower on my desk, I'm looking to buy an HTPC/mini PC.

I can't be bothered to spend an hour or two putting one together, so am thinking of getting either a pre-built HTPC or pre-built from a custom-spec (choose my own specs but company builds it).

I'm looking to spend £800 max and want it to last me a couple of years (mainly want a Freeview tuner (preferably one that will allow me to watch Setanta Sports via a CI slot:)) and then also a Blu-Ray drive if within the price range).

I've got my eye on these models and was wondering what people thought:

HP Pavilion Slimline s3431.uk (but no Blu-Ray, only one optical drive)

Shuttle XPC SG33G5M

Glow Sugo SG01 - Fully Configurable (http://www.glowtechnology.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=3_18&products_id=52)

Theraltake LanBox Lite - fully configurable (really stylish case)

Shuttles are lovely compact boxes but their not quiet, think leafblower and 360s. There is only usually 2 slots on a a shuttle and if you've a dual slot graphics card then it will be usb tuners your be using.
