Please vote for your most enjoyed Bond film. It doesn't matter if you liked it at first, and then decided it's now a pile-of-pants, or if you didn't like it much first, but now think it's superb. We want to know what you would define as the most enjoyable Bond movie ever, but NOT the one you think is the best Bond film ever! (Please bear the difference between a film that is enjoyable and a film that is your personal favourite!)

PS the question should be Which Bond film DID you enjoy watching the most, ever?

You explain it better and I will cut and paste it over mine. The concept is hard for me to put into words. :p :D

I tried putting the full force of my intellect behind this. Only to succeed in having a Scanners type head malfunction.

Please forgive me as your intellect obviously outweighs mine [IMG] :p

Anyway i'm now mentally exhausted :zonked: and am going to give my brain the night off while watching 3 eps of Desperate Housewives

    Hi,

Maybe this explanation would be better...

Votes should be based on excitement factors: best stunts, best Bond girls, best cars, best plots, best/most enjoyable villains, and/or best/most enjoyable jokes or one-liners. Do NOT vote for your favourite Bond movie though!

Is that any better for an explanation of this poll?!

Incidentally, I voted for "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" because:-
    - the great one-liner from Lazenby in the opening scene
    - the great stunts
    - a Bond movie that took itself relatively seriously, rather than be too goofy
    - Lazenby actually being quite good as Bond, and
    - the marriage of Bond, but then his wife being killed so ruthlessly

However, my personal favourite Bond movie is "GoldenEye"! :)

Thats better exept for the Votes should be based on excitement factors: best stunts, best Bond girls, best cars, best plots, best/most enjoyable villains, and/or best/most enjoyable jokes or one-liners. Do NOT vote for your favourite Bond movie though!

It is just what film gave you the most enjoyment even if it was only once.

Thanks Pooch I have alterd my post :smashin:

Its strange isnt it, I wouldn't give Roger Moore's, Bond any credence at all BUT, Moonraker was the most fun/enjoyable movie as far as im concerned.

Goldeneye, it is about the only one I could be bothered to watch now. Used to like Bond when I was younger, for some reason used to like Moonraker, although I personally could not bare to watch a film with Roger Moore in now  Same thing with Sean Connery I do not care for him much either. Goldeneye is quite good and except for George Lazonby, Pierce Brosnan is the least slimey and smarmy of all the Bonds, he is still well cheesey though, but thats what its all about I guess

Er, Garrett, why not just use the definition you used in your original post?

"This is not which you think is the best Bond film but the one you enjoyed the most watching when you saw it the first time."

As that is the main difference between your poll and any previous "favourite Bond movie" poll, i.e. the movie which blew you away the most at the cinema IMO.

p.s. interesting that so far the poll doen't match at all what people have posted in your original thread! (because I think most people don't get what you are asking)

It is niether what you now think the best Bond film or what was the best ever Bond film when you saw it the first time.
It is; when you watched a Bond film and you got most enjoyment in that one sitting, what was that Bond film?
