Which Blu Ray Player with Memory Card Read/USB for around £100-£150?

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a blu ray player for my parents for Christmas. Apart from playing blu rays I would also like it to have a memory card reader and USB slot so they can look at their camera pictures etc.

The best i've found so far seems to be the Panasonic DMP-BD45EB-K.

Can anyone recommend a better player or have any opinions on the Panasonic?

Budget wise i'm thinking £100 - £150.

You dont need a memory card reader in the player, simply use a USB adapter for SD card (works just like a USB pend drive)

If you read the threads here, LG & Sony are the ones where the smart money is going £100-150.

Ok so something like the Sony BDPS370 with that USB adapter would be a better bet?

You should read the threads old chap, BD use varies between users, but for example for the same money as the S370 you can get a S760, now if PQ/AQ is your main concern I'd suggest that, you dont need all the bells n whistles of a S370. If you need all the bells and whistles, then a LG BD390 is a better player allround wise than a S370 I'd suggest. Plenty of differing views to mine, so worth doing some extensive reading ie go through the last 2-3 pages on this forum or search.
