Which Blu-Ray? Denon DBP-2012 vs Cambridge 751BD

I'm looking for a new blu-ray player, but unsure which player to buy.
I'm looking for the best player that will upscaleing my DVD Collection best?
Anyone familiar with the above players?
I'm also considering the new Pioneer BDP-LX55 blu-ray player.

You should also add the OPPO BDP93 to your list as a substitute for the Denon 2012 as well as the OPPO BDP95 as an alternative to the Cambridge Audio 751.

The Marantz is hobbled with regard to optimum PAL film DVD performance. ABT's auto 2:2 cadence mode isn't great with PAL and optimum PAL film performance is via ABT's forced 2:2 odd or even modes. Unfortunately Denon/Marantz didn't implement these modes.

If PAL DVD performance is critical this should be a consideration.
