I want to buy a new TV. I was thinking about buying a Panasonic 28 inch widescreen, as I have seen one for around £400. I don’t need any special features only a great picture trough rgb. Any opinions.

Ive also started looking for a 28" widescreen and found that every tv seems to have its own +ve's and -ve's. I suggest seeing the TV working at a store as well before getting it.

I did like the look of the Panasonic TX28PS12C however that is a 100Hz TV - its about £450 at Robertsons online. Sony tv's always seem to be a safe bet as well but they're also a bit more expensive than other manufacturers.

I also found some good tv prices around but i havent purchased anything from any of these sites yet so i dont know how good they are:

(seems about £50-£100 cheaper than elsewhere and ive read some good reviews about them)
