Which amp to get - hdmi upscaling?

Hi , heres my setup

xbox 360 via component cable
ps3 via hdmi
standard sky

5.1 surround sound (not sure on wattage)

I need an amp to plug these into , ideally outputting all through 1 HDMI cable , ive had a look around but cannot find an av reciever for this?

anyone got any recommedations? (cheaper the better!)

thanks but thats a bit out of my price range , any other suggestions?

I could get just component cables for my stuff then output through one set of components to 1080i?

any suggestions on that one?

i would like the same sort of thing but capable of 1080p and up to £300. is this possible?
