Which 50" Panasonic

I've had in my mind for a while that I will be putting up a 50" Panasonic Plasma in my new house when its ready. I was so tempted to buy the 50PX70 with a bit of a "will i really notice its not full 1080p at 10.5 feet" attitude because it was so cheap, I think it hit £770 once but I left it thinking it'd only come lower. Now of course its virtually unobtainable at that price and I'm left choosing between the 50PX8, 50PZ70 and 50PZ80. Not really keen on the former because of the price increase of the new range; a large part of me wants to get the 70 seeing as Panasonic just seem to be increasing the prices with the introduction of the 46 and its probably going to be £300 cheaper. I really can't see this late into Plasma technology how much better things can get from one gen to the next; the other part of me wants me to wait and pay over the odds because its brand new. What d'ya think?

At 10 feet inorder to notice the difference between a 720p and 1080p, you need 60" or higher. This means that if at this distance you have a non 1080p screen, you wont miss the fullHd benefits.

I'm left choosing between the 50PX8, 50PZ70 and 50PZ80.

I would put them in this order 50PZ80 > 50PZ70 > 50PX8, but since you can live without 1080p, i would go for 50PX8 and pocket the savings for something nice .
