Which 3D TV is best value and best quality

i have been looking for a while now and have found narrowed it down to these 4 TV's LG 42LM620T - TOSHIBA 40TL963B - SAMSUNG UE40ES6300 - Philips 42PFL6007T the Philips is a bit pricey i dont really want to go over £600 and i have also seen another LG the LG 42LM640T but only difference that i can see with this and the LG 42LM620T is the built in WI FI here are links to the best price i can find
