Which 32" LCD with Built in Freeview HD ~ Under £400

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a 32" LCD with Freeview HD for the bedroom. I don't really want to spend more than £400 as its just for the bedroom.

I've seen the following sets.

Samsung LE32C580J1
Toshiba Regza 32RV753DB
Sony Bravia KDL32EX403U

Anyone got any recommendations on the above or even alternatives?
