    Hello 1st ever post.
I want to upgrade to a 32" LCD TV with a budget of around £1300. I have looked in the usual shops (comet, currys etc) and I like the look of the Philips 32PF9731D but after reading some of the views on here I,m worried about the ambilight as it will not be flat against the wall. Also I do not have any HD equipment but will be upgrading as time goes by,at the moment I have Sky+ and a panasonic DVD recorder also PS2 connected.
Any help/views would be greaty appreciated, Thanks

I can't help with any models as I am looking at slightly cheaper ones, but you should find one easilly within £1300, even a good 37" for that.

I think the Tosh 32wlt68 comes well recommended and is within price range.

With a £1300 budget you could easily afford a top quality 37" set. Assuming you want a 32" for space reasons, I'd pick:

Samsung 32R74, nice looking good set avail for a lot less than £1300
or maybe Sony 32V2000 or the Tosh
