After many months reading the forum I'm finally ready to take the plunge for a 32" LCD TV, but can't fathom out which one to go for... want to pay around 1,200 or less!

It'll be used for Telewest Digital Box, DVDs, Games Console & Possibly PC. Want HDTV ready as well. Would like to connect a DV vid cam also. A freeview tuner included might be nice. I'd prefer to get the sharpest/smoothest picture as first preference.

    Models I've seen are:

    LG32LX2R
    Philips 32PF5520D
    Samsung LE32R41BDX
    Sony KDLS32A12
    Philips 32PF7520
    Samsung LE32RBDX

What would you recommend (or something else???)

    Cheers
    :lease:

Forget all of these; go for the Hitachi 32LD7200 = mutt's nuts for picture quality & connections.

I'd lean toward the Samsung LE32R41BDX, cannot be beaten on looks, specs and performance for the price. Reviews in the specialist mags back this up to.
