Toshiba offer at least three flatscreen 28 inch widescreen models for about the same price (£600-£700). As part of my ongoing quest for budget widescreen perfection I've been looking at the following

    Toshiba 28ZD06B (100Hz processing)
Toshiba 28Z07B (Dolby pro-logic)
Toshiba 28Z13B (older model)

Do any of you helpful people have these televisions, or at least know if they are any good?

The Z07B got a good-ish review in Home-Entertainment but I can't find anything on the others. I'm a bit dubious about 100Hz processing (present on another model) as it seems to take a bit of a beating on these pages!

Thanks in advance for your help.

I tend to ignore other people's comments about 100hz processing. I have had it on two of my previous sets and have been happy with it on both, although my latest set (Toshiba 32ZP18P) handles it much better than my previous one (Toshiba 32MW7DB).

If you detect the flicker in a standard set, then a 100hz one will be a godsend. Use your own eyes and make your own mind up on this one. Some like it some do not. Don't be swayed by other peoples, sometimes out of date, comments.

Personally, i would try and squeeze to a 32" ws if you can as 28" can appear a bit on the small size once you get it home.

I would go for the ZD06 in that list of three, followed by the Z07B. I wouldn't bother with the older model.
